    Defination of Affidavit :

    Affidavit is a legal document, a legal documented declaration sworn or affirmed in front of an to a legal authority who has powers to administer an oath or affirmation.

    Affidavits are common and the first step in all legal proceedings and actions. Whenever a person or entity has to put forward their message or consent or declaration, this legal document called Affidavit is created for the same purpose.

    In real estate world, all legal proceedings as part of a deal do take place through affidavits at different stages of the deal.
